Good Samaritan Shot At While Stopping To Help Another In Detroit [VIDEO]

It's getting pretty rough out there friends. Tuesday afternoon in Detroit, a good samaritan was stopping to help someone with a broken down vehicle on the highway. Shortly after that, the other person took a shot at their car. Police say the shooter has some mental health issues and also found more guns in his car.
