New Holland Brewing Expanding with Another West Michigan Tasting Room
New Holland Brewing is continuing to expand with a new tasting room along the lakeshore.
The brewing company and spirits-maker first opened in Holland, Mich. in 1997. Since then New Holland has grown with brewpubs in Grand Rapids and Battle Creek and tasting rooms in Saugatuck and South Haven.
A brand new tasting room is now planned for Grand Haven.

The New Holland Grand Haven location will be located in the lobby of the former Grand theater at 24 S. Washington Ave.
The 1,300-square-foot bar will seat approximately 40 people.
New Holland CEO and founder Brett VanderKamp tells Crain's Grand Rapids,
The community holds (the Grand Theatre) dear and we’re just thrilled to be able to continue the legacy that that place has for being a place for community and gathering.
At the new Grand Haven tasting room you'll find a variety of cocktails, flights of new Holland's spirits, charcuterie plates, and a retail space.
In addition to outdoor seating, the bar will also have a walk-up window for service as part of Grand Haven's social district.
Minimal modifications are planned to preserve the building's history.
According to Crain's VanderKamp says,
The physical bar space has already been carved out there, and so there were a lot of things that we wanted to be really careful to preserve... [It's] a little bit different than our other tasting room locations where we could kind of create a space from scratch...t’s just really cool (to have) built-in features already that have been working for years.
The New Holland Grand Haven tasting room is set to open in summer 2024.
