These Towns Were Named The Most Underrated Towns In Michigan To Visit
When it comes to picking out a location to vacation in Michigan, there are some places that are pretty much a go-to destination every time. Everybody wants to vacation in Traverse City for the Cherry Festival, and everybody wants to go to Mackinac Island to experience the old-world feel and history that it has.
But there are so many places in Michigan with so much history that it’s easy for smaller towns and villages to slide under the radar and get washed out by the flashing names and destinations. When you do a deep dive into Michigan and its history, you will see that tons of small villages and towns have made a massive impact in Michigan, and have a fun charm themselves.
You just need to know where to look. In particular, World Atlas recently made a list of nine towns and villages in Michigan, that are completely underrated, and have a rich history, as they explained how some of these towns made their list:
