According to WDIV, Sheetz broke ground back in March at its future new home at 33380 Wick Road in Romulus. The first-ever Michigan location is expected to open in the latter part of 2024.
There are also plans to open a second location in Chesterfield Township on 23 Mile Road.

The company has over 710 store locations in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina, and later this year, Michigan.
