Shoplifter Was Confused by Store’s Name [VIDEO]

Sometime you just got to wonder how dumb can people really be. Well, this story just may be a good indication of where the lower level of that bar should be set at. A New Hampshire man accused of shoplifting says he's not a criminal, despite the video surveillance footage of him walking away with all kinds of merchandise from a store called "Finders Keepers" in Derry, N.H.
