Amazon Teams with Ford to Offer In-Car Delivery

Getting packages from Amazon is getting easier and easier as time goes on.

Amazon is partnering up with Ford and Lincoln to help you get deliveries right to your car and you don't even have to be around. Ford offers a service on most new vehicles, 2017 and later, called FordPass. This phone app links your smartphone right to your car. If you have the FordPass app, you can link it directly to your Amazon account to receive in-car delivery.

For those of you that are wondering, yes, you can deny an in-car delivery and receive it later if you want to.  If you do decide to take advantage of the delivery, you will receive a secure notification telling you that your car is locked again.

I hope this option becomes available to all makes and models soon, it will definitely make Christmas shopping so much easier. I won't even have to leave home or load things into the car when going to multiple Christmas parties.
