Burger King to Serve “Stranger Things” Inspired Upside Down Whopper

Having never seen one episode of "Stranger Things" I'm not sure if this is cool or just plain dumb? I'm leaning towards dumb.

If you are a fan of the show, I already know what you are going to say. "You need to watch it, it's an awesome show" or something along those lines. I will get around to it, I just haven't taken the plunge yet.

Apparently, Nike, Baskin Robbins, and Coca-Cola have all jumped on the bandwagon with the "Stranger Things" inspired merchandise. Now Burger King is getting in on the action by serving the Upside Down Whopper. That's it. They are taking a Whopper and flipping it upside down and serving it to you.

I totally understand fandom and have bought things just because they were associated with something that I like. If you are like that, you will have to drive a bit to purchase one. The Upside Down Whopper will only be sold in ten cities.

You'll have to travel to one of the following places to get one:

• Houston
• Boston
• Atlanta
• Philadelphia
• Dallas
• Chicago
• San Francisco
• Los Angeles
• and New York

The participating restaurants will also be selling "Stranger Things" t-shirts, crowns, ketchup packets, and pins.
