Judge Asks Teen Who Cut 3-Year-Old’s Hair To Chop Hers [VIDEO & POLL]

You know the saying, "An Eye for an Eye"?  Well how about "Hair for Hair"?  Two girls ages 11 & 14 befriended a three year old girl at a McDonalds. Some friends, the two older girls went to a nearby store, purchased scissors and cut a chunk of the toddlers hair! WTF?

Now the mother of the 13 year old girl is pissed because a judge offered to reduce sentencing if she cut her daughters hair in court.  Watch this video for the details.
