Woman Tried To Wear Cheeseburger As Sandel After Sex Bust In Waffle House Parking Lot

People getting busted for sex in parking lots is actually quite common. However, being so drunk that you try to put a cheeseburger on your foot after being busted for public sex is not. Would that be considered fast foot wear?

Georgia residents, Rachel Gossett and Frank Lucas were caught having sex in a Waffle House parking lot. Officers ordered the pair to get dressed and exit the vehicle. According to the police report, Rachel was so drunk that she attempted to put a cheeseburger on her foot as if it were a sandal. Just how drunk was she?
