With all the disinformation surrounding the subject of medical marijuana, our advertising partners at the Genesee County Compassion Club have provided us with some facts about the benefits of the legal medication.

Bad news for the majority of our listening audience as an appeals court in Mount Pleasant ruled that medical marijuana dispensaries are illegal. What does this mean for the dispensaries in Flint?

A recent appeals court decision has ruled that patient to patient sales are illegal. Dispensary owners across state are wondering what this means. Michigan's Medical Marijuana Law says that a transfer is part of "medical use" and that the transfer does not constitute a sale. Find out more after the jump.
